It’s a fact of our existence: all of us are hungry for something more, and I’m not talking about the food we eat.  Everybody understands that we need air and water and food to exist,  and most everyone understands that we are wired to be in relationships with other people - but the hunger persists. Often we try to satisfy our hunger through cars or electronics or through power or sex or a multitude of other things;  but there is a hunger for even more than these, something we can’t put our finger on.

Our understanding here at Lighthouse Fellowship is that this hunger can only be filled through a relationship with God, by entering into a relationship with God through Jesus, God’s son.  As a community of faith, our goal is to serve all people so that they might know that Jesus was not just a man who lived many years ago, but who is very much alive today- and who fulfills the hunger that can’t be filled in any other way.
